Returns & refunds

Light Ghar offers a 7-day return on unused items in original packing, with tags and seals intact.

How to return

1. WhatsApp 0305 712 2272 with your Order ID and a photo of the item.
2. We confirm if the item qualifies.
3. Send it back to 2nd Floor, 59 Hassan Commercial Plaza, Al Rehman Garden Phase 2, Lahore or hand it over on a pickup slot in Lahore.

Refund process

After inspection (usually 2–4 working days), we refund to your original method or as store credit. Shipping on returns is the customer’s unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
